Role Models of America Resource Warehouse exists to distribute donated goods to nonprofit partners who are actively serving their communities. These policies ensure resources are handled with integrity, accountability, and impact.

Participation in this program indicates agreement to all policies below.

All items received must be used for charitable purposes only.

Organizations agree to:

• Distribute items directly to individuals or families in need 
• Use items to support active community programs 
• Not resell, barter, or misuse donated goods (will result in immediate removal from program)
• Items should be distributed in a timely and responsible manner.

All partners are required to submit distribution reports on a regular basis.

Each report must include:

• Number of individuals or families served 
• Description of items distributed 
• 3–5 photos of distribution (when possible) 
• A brief story or testimony of impact 

Reports may be submitted via:

Failure to submit reports may result in:

• Temporary suspension of access 
• Permanent removal from the program 

Clear communication is required for continued partnership.

Organizations agree to:

• Respond to messages within a reasonable timeframe 
• Notify the team if unable to pick up or distribute items 
• Keep contact information current 

All distributions are coordinated through scheduled pick-ups.

Partners must:

• Arrive during their assigned time window 
• Be prepared with appropriate transportation 
• Load items promptly and safely 

Missed pick-ups without communication may result in:

• Loss of scheduling priority 
• Temporary suspension 

Role Models of America reserves the right to:

• Request additional documentation or updates 
• Review distribution practices 
• Audit use of resources 

Any misuse of goods or violation of policies may result in immediate termination of partnership.

By participating in this program, your organization agrees to:

• Follow all policies and procedures outlined above 
• Steward all resources with integrity 
• Serve your community with excellence 
• Provide consistent and honest reporting
